Judy Elaine Senter

Judy Elaine Senter, age 83, of Mt. Carmel, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2026, at her residence. She was born on October 17, 1942, in Kingsport, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Edd Bowman Kilgore and Mildred Ruth Sanders Kilgore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Cindy Lea Senter; one brother, Eddie Kilgore; and one son-in-law, Bradley Christian.

Judy was a graduate Class of 1960 from Dobyns Bennett High School and a member of Glen Alpine United Methodist Church. She was a housewife, one who was always taking care of her family and putting others first. She had the kindest heart and was known to her grandchildren as Mimi and Mamaw.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Bob Senter; two daughters, Lisa Ann Falvey and Rebecca Ruth Christian; five grandchildren, Tamara Brooke Marshall and husband Ryan, Austin Robert Hammonds and wife Kristina, Peyton Bradley Christian and wife Sydnee, Eric Paxton Christian, and Parker Bowman Christian; and one great grandson, Ryder Robert Hammonds.

Private Committal Service and Interment will be held in the Garden of Devotion at Oak Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Mandy Young officiating. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the charity of choice.
